"Modern Art" Tree Topper - 3D design by Peter Bock Nov 19, 2017

<p>WARNING: This model has been deemed unprintable by the MyMiniFactory Wonderland (test printers) community, so I'll have to look into reworking it, or scraping it altogether if I can't figure out how to make is sliceable.</p><p>AGAIN the wall thickness betrays me.</p><p>Third model this has happened to in A SINGLE DAY of activity from the Wonderland community.</p><p>Damn, if it wasn't for them I'd have no idea !</p><p><br></p><p>At least my future models will have better walls !</p><p><br></p><p>---------------------------------------------------</p><p><br></p><p>Decided to see if I could make a modern-ish tree topper.</p><p><br></p><p>I'm a bit mixed about the result.</p><p>On one side, It's mainly the template snowman model pierced in the bottom with a cone and filled with holes, so not terribly unique.</p><p><br></p><p>On the other, I find it has a certain charm... especially the "star" shape on the very top<br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>---------------------------------------------------<br></p><p><br></p><p>Join the “Xmas Decorations” design competition and take home a $3,600 M-Jewelry 3D printer from MakeX and more.</p><p><a href=""><br></a></p><p><a href="">Learn more about our design contest&gt;</a></p><p><br></p><h4>To enter the competition:</h4><p>1.
