Business Development Manager (Hunter)

This role focuses on B2B side of the business and will look and seek opportunities in Enterprise clients. We are at the very start of this journey to help companies around the world transform during these challenging times.

We are looking for someone with a lot of passion to help us co-create our sales process, support the Head of Sales with strategic planning and oversight and drive our business goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to be one of the first sales people on the team and be able to have an impact on how we do what we do. We are looking for a true hunter profile.

  • Salary: Around £35,000/year + commission (based on the experience)
  • Experience level: Mid-level (5-8 years of relevant work experience)

 Essential job responsibilities

  • Assist Head of Sales with setting up the sales process and approach to our clients
  • Advise on the best sales tools and tactics to achieve sales goals
  • Identify new opportunities and manage end-to-end sales pipeline and process with new prospects
  • Formulate and drive demand generation campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Assess profitable opportunities from leads received and generated
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key prospects and decision-makers, anticipating needs and undertaking actions to exceed expectations
  • Structure and negotiate contracts and SOW commercial terms and conditions terms with prospective business partners
  • Lead the sales process in a consultative fashion
  • Actively contribute to Vectary's thought leadership and provide proactive input for developing next generation offerings and solutions in 3D/AR market offering

 Job qualifications & requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration is a plus
  • 5-8 years of total selling experience, preferably in a technological web based product in SaaS business
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk,etc)
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting/exceeding annual sales goals and targets
  • Experience in working with brands and agencies and e-commerce shots it's ecosystem and pain points (preferable)

  • Understands digital marketing
  • Experience in a start-up environment and with SaaS company is a plus
