DIY Christmas decorations that won't drain your wallet

Oh yes, it’s going to be that joyful time of the year soon and for some of us, getting an authentic, festive holiday look for our house and Christmas tree might sound easier said than done. Fortunately, there’s a way to get creative and still keep it all within budget.

3D prints — an alternative to classic decorations

If you’re tired of using the same old Xmas decorations or of buying new ones which can really break your bank, 3D modeling may be your easiest way out. Not only can 3D printed designs cost you less (depending on the printing material you choose, of course), but they will look more authentic and eye-catching.

For your inspiration, we created eight Xmas ornaments that you can easily replicate or customize in our free, online 3D modeling tool VECTARY. Design your own Christmas deco and win a $3,600 3D printer
